Terrron armstead

All-Pro NFL Left Tackle | Philanthropist | Youth Mentor | PAC Advisory Board Member

Terron Armstead is a 4-time Pro Bowler, All-Pro NFL left tackle, and one of football’s most respected leaders—both in the trenches and in the community. As an active NFL player and proud member of the PAC Advisory Board, Terron is committed to helping athletes navigate the realities of life beyond the game while actively shaping a better future for the next generation.

Drafted in the third round of the 2013 NFL Draft out of the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, Terron quickly became one of the league’s most dominant offensive linemen, known for his rare athleticism, discipline, and leadership. Over a decade in the NFL, he’s been recognized as a team captain, multiple-time Pro Bowl selection, and was named the New Orleans Saints’ Walter Payton Man of the Year in 2019.

Off the field, Terron is the founder of the Terron Armstead Foundation, a nonprofit organization focused on closing opportunity gaps in his hometown of Cahokia Heights, Illinois. In 2023, he opened the Team Armstead Community Center, a first-of-its-kind youth facility offering programs in career readiness, financial literacy, leadership development, and entrepreneurship. Through mentorship, education, and exposure, Terron is helping young people build the confidence and skills to lead successful lives.

Terron’s work has been featured in major media outlets, and his impact continues to grow. He’s collaborated with tech companies, financial educators, and local leaders to bring real resources into underserved communities—proving that leadership in the NFL can translate into generational change off the field.

At PAC, Terron serves as a bridge between active players and the path forward. His leadership inspires fellow athletes to start preparing for their next chapter while they’re still playing—investing in business, community, and personal growth.

Terron lives with his family in Florida and remains focused on creating access, driving change, and setting an example for what true athlete leadership looks like—on the field and far beyond it.
