Terrence Murphy Sr.
Advisory Board Member
Murphy Sr. is a former NFL wide receiver turned entrepreneur and venture capitalist. He is a pillar in his community in Texas, and a testament to how PAC members can transform their retirements from sports into successful, impactful, and profitable ventures. Murphy Sr. played collegiately for the Texas A&M Aggies, where he was a 2X All-American, 2X 1st Team All-Big 12, 3X Academic All-Big 12, 2X Team Captain, and all-time leading receiver before being selected in the 2nd round of the 2005 NFL Draft. Recently, Murphy Sr. joined the ownership group for the new soccer franchise Atletico Dallas, who will compete in the USL Championship, and play their home games in the historic Cotton Bowl, beginning in 2027.
“It’s truly an honor to be invited to join PAC’s Board of Advisors,” said Murphy Sr. “I’m excited to make new connections and work with current PAC members to help them achieve their goals and advance their careers following their playing days. This is a transformative organization and something that was needed in our community of athletes as we transition to our next chapter in life.”
