Glaser was most recently Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Fifth Down Capital, having previously worked as a strategic advisor for the firm. She was a senior executive at The Kraft Group and New England Patriots for more than 18 years, where she drove transformative changes and helped build both corporate and football business structures to an elite level. Her deep ties to the NFL and business acumen will help expand PAC’s reach and impact across the wider sports landscape.
