Ndamukong Suh is a Super Bowl Champion, five-time All-Pro, and one of the most dominant defensive linemen in NFL history. Now retired from the field, he’s built a reputation just as formidable in business—as an entrepreneur, real estate developer, investor, and philanthropist.
A standout at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, Suh earned a degree in Construction Engineering and was later selected second overall in the 2010 NFL Draft by the Detroit Lions. Across a 13-year NFL career that included stints with the Lions, Dolphins, Rams, Buccaneers, and Eagles, Suh racked up over 70 sacks, 600+ tackles, and 5 Pro Bowl selections. Known for his power, durability, and football IQ, he helped lead the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to a victory in Super Bowl LV and was named to the NFL’s 2010s All-Decade Team.
Off the field, Suh is a disciplined and visionary investor. He is the Managing Partner of House of Spears Management, LLC, an investment portfolio with stakes in Ember Technologies, BTN, Seven Peaks Ventures, and the Andreessen Horowitz Cultural Leadership Fund. His approach blends smart risk-taking with strategic partnerships in tech, consumer goods, and private equity.
Since my time with the Dolphins, it’s been a privilege to watch PAC grow into the organization it is today. I’ve played a small role in growing it into the amazing resource it is today, and I always have a lot of fun participating in PAC initiatives.
