Devon Kennard is a nine-year NFL veteran, award-winning author, real estate investor, and entrepreneur passionate about achieving financial freedom and helping others do the same. Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, he spent over a decade living in other states while pursuing his NFL career. Today, Devon and his family are back in Arizona, building a life they love—hot summers and all!

During his time in the NFL, Devon realized that true wealth isn’t just about earning money but about building financial security and freedom for the future. That’s when he began actively investing in real estate, building a portfolio that now includes 29 personally owned properties, 50 real estate syndication investments as an LP, and over $5 million consistently loaned out through his private lending company, 42 Solutions.

In 2023, Devon published his first book, It All Adds Up: Designing Your Game Plan for Financial Success, where he challenges readers to redefine their version of the American Dream and shows how consistent progress leads to life-changing results. In 2024, he released his second book, Real Estate Side Hustle: 4 Passive Strategies to Build Wealth Beyond Your Day Job, a practical guide for busy professionals to build wealth. Both books have been recognized for their impact, making Devon an award-winning author who is passionate about sharing strategies that work in the real world.

Today, Devon’s professional focus is on building his family’s financial success while helping others, especially athletes and other busy professionals, achieve financial freedom outside of their day jobs. Through his social media channels, newsletters, and speaking engagements, he shares his lessons, insights, and actionable strategies to help others grow wealth and design a life they love.
