What is the PAC Speakers Bureau?
Most athletes have a powerful story. Almost none have the infrastructure to turn that story into a stage, a message, and a paycheck. The professional speaking industry is a multibillion-dollar market, and breaking into it requires certification, positioning, professional assets, booking relationships, and someone actively selling you into the right rooms. Very few people build all of that alone — so the PAC Speakers Bureau builds it for you. We develop members from the ground up, get them certified and asset-ready, actively market them to organizations across multiple sectors, and manage the entire booking process from first inquiry to final payment.

For PAC, that voice is Shon Hart — author, motivational speaker, and founder of the Elite Speaking Academy, where he has spent years turning people's lived experiences into professional impact. His philosophy is simple and stubborn: everyone has a story worth telling, and the difference between a story and a career comes down to craft, structure, and strategy. Shon sits down with each PAC member for the discovery conversation, helps them find the through-line of their story, and signs off personally before they ever go to market.
