Nurturing relationships is a core value in Will’s life. His familial bonds are foundational, modeling and building strong connections are key values he learned early. While at UNC, Will was honored with the Floyd B. McKissick Sr., award honoring an African American male student who advocates for other students. He continues this advocacy as a mentor to young boys and girls, especially young men who have been convicted of a crime, fostering supportive relationships that guide them toward a better future. In pursuing his goals, Will’s business relationships encourage growth and success for all involved. As an NFL Alumni, Will actively serves as an ambassador for the Georgia Chapter of the NFL Alumni Association and is an official NFL partner. Through this partnership and his relationship with PAC, he’s looking to elevate PAC’s mission of empowering professional athletes in their next pursuits. His intense focus on building and nurturing relationships is all in an effort to uplift and support one another in purposeful endeavors.
Sweet Ventures, LLC
A multifaceted venture, Sweet Ventures, LLC spans diverse investments from rental cars to real estate. At the heart of its key economic sectors is the Christ-centered transitional housing market. Partnering with GEO Reentry Services, the 42 bed program supports formerly incarcerated individuals as they transition back into their communities. Clients currently have access to an array of coordinated and individualized community services such employment resources, health seminars, substance abuse programming, mental health and wellness, and career exploration in an effort to create and sustain opportunity as they transition back into their communities. Will’s work through Sweet Ventures, LLC solidifies his purpose in life to help others by providing them a second chance with the appropriate scaffolds to help them along the way.
Sweet Rides
Turning his own wheels into wealth, Will realized that he could make money renting out his personal car through Turo. After acquiring some capital, he wanted to branch out into a lucrative, sustainable, and scalable venture and did so through Sweet Companies, LLC and Sweet Rides. Will purchased nine additional Teslas in his name and began renting the ten car fleet out of the Atlanta airport. His unique local car subscription service offers a scan and go system, ensuring customers experience no lines and no wait times, making it exceptionally valuable for their convenience. Feeling stuck about how to progress when his fleet was consistently rented out, Will began searching for additional ways to grow his business and created a space for investors to earn passive income. Sweet Rides is committed to creating memorable journeys for its customers and investors.

Will began scaling his Sweet Rides venture further by offering investment opportunities for non-equity partners. Since 2023, he has raised nearly 230K for the Turo Passive Income Program. Joining partners collect immediate daily distributions, making it an effortless source of income. Through their partnership with the NFL, enhanced branding through search engine optimization (SEO), and a customer relationship management (CRM) system implemented to nurture and expand relationships, Sweet Rides is on the rise, looking to expand its current fleet to over 150 Teslas.
