Family
Ndamukong Suh lives with his family mostly in Tampa, Florida, with his wife Katya and their twin boys. While Suh pursues his commercial ventures, he stays fully grounded with family and friends. He and his immediate family have an investment vehicle “House of Spears Management.”

Real Estate
Suh’s primary investment vehicle is real estate development. For over a decade, he’s focused on affordable housing and multifamily initiatives. Suh provides tangible benefits for residents and investors while meeting urgent societal demands. His outstanding investment efforts brought him accolades as an award-winning residential and commercial developer in the Pacific Northwest.
Hospitality
As a pioneer in the hospitality sector, Suh enhances culinary experiences and stimulates the economy by bringing creative ideas to life. He invests in eateries built on innovative concepts, such as sushi bars and fried chicken shops, which he also ties into his philanthropic endeavors, bringing more leverage to both. From investing in restaurants to hotels to fast casual brands, Suh thrives on innovation and hard work.

Philanthropy
Ndamukong and Katya Suh established the Suh Family Foundation, reflecting their desire to give back to the community. The foundation’s three pillars—education, health and wellbeing, and empowerment—were all essential to Suh’s own success. The Foundation used funds from a Super Bowl LV x BAEs Fried Chicken partnership to provide 150 school supply-filled backpacks to PPS middle and high school kids to encourage learning and academic success. The Suh Family Foundation has made substantial donations to causes spanning from financial literacy and athletics to education and community development.
