His first children’s book was crafted to plant seeds of mindfulness to the next generation. Reminding them of their super power – their breath – to help regulate their emotions by naming them also while navigating this life with poise as the highs and lows are inevitable.
Student of The Game: A Storyteller SOUL
A unique twist to a memoir, adding his creative writing skills to freely express authentically in spoken word format. One of his many gifts is his ability to flow so smoothly while painting a picture with his words. This a compact project directly from the heart, no filter, no fluff just a pure POV that will hopefully inspire, empower and equip the reader/listener.
SOUL impact
Through his nonprofit organization, SOUL brings the tools he wishes he had when he was six to eight years old to youth, specifically those of color. He understands the value of representation and relatability when it comes to holding spaces in general. The goals of SOUL Impact include providing youth access to resources and processes that will help them regulate their emotions amid struggles and recognizing that many of these challenges are often unique to youth of color. With his program “From Hard Work to Heart Work” his team strives to assist in offering real transformational work to the scholars, as well as the teachers + staff, and the parents/guardians. We all need support with kindness.
