I even made follow-up calls with some of them just to pick their brains. The experience was surreal, and I’m excited to see where it takes me.

Sataoa Laumea is not just thinking about football—he’s planning for life beyond it. With a degree in Business Administration, he has always been interested in real estate and development but wasn’t sure where to start. After attending PAC in Scottsdale, everything changed.

Inspired by conversations with real estate professionals, investors, and business leaders, Sataoa is now actively learning about real estate development and triple-net leases. He is considering further education in architecture or real estate development, seeing it as a way to create lasting opportunities for his family and community. His approach is hands-on—he is using LinkedIn, AI tools, and networking events to expand his knowledge and connect with the right mentors. Just as he has approached football with discipline and focus, he is taking that same mindset into building his business acumen.

FAMILY & PERSONAL MOTIVATION

For Sataoa Laumea, family is everything. Growing up as one of ten siblings, he learned early on the value of teamwork, resilience, and unconditional support. His family has always been his foundation, shaping him into the person he is today. From celebrating his achievements to pushing him through challenges, they have been there every step of the way, motivating him to aim higher and work harder. One of his proudest accomplishments was being able to help his family pay off their mortgage, a reflection of his deep gratitude and desire to give back. Coming from a large household, he understands the power of hard work, financial responsibility, and creating opportunities for those around him. Every milestone he reaches is not just for himself—it’s for his entire family, proving that dreams are possible with dedication and perseverance.
