The couple is gearing up for an upcoming six-day trip to the Florida Keys where they can enjoy their time together. Inspired by his time at PAC, he now wants to start a football camp in his hometown for middle and high school kids. This exciting chapter marks the beginning of their journey together, looking forward to growing as a family while giving back to the community.
entrepreneurship
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Riley strategically expands across diverse sectors of real estate and business. During a 2019 injury hiatus from football, he began investing in real estate, starting with investments in Traverse City, MI, later working as a realtor in Denver before returning to Michigan in late 2020 to focus on real estate development. Now based in Tampa, he holds licenses in both Michigan and Florida, overseeing a short-term rental management company, with 120 units along with an in-house cleaning service, laundromat, and maintenance team. His primary role involves managing the backend operations, and despite the labor intensiveness of the role, his meticulous organizational skills help all the moving parts run smoothly. Passionate about real estate development, Riley is excited about his construction of two apartment buildings—a 16-unit and a 20-unit—scheduled to break ground in the next few months. Riley believes that the beauty of real estate is its accessibility to anyone. Finding a mentor in the real estate world and learning on the fly gave him the experience he needed to feel confident in exploring different aspects of the real estate market.
