Following in his father’s footsteps as linebacker at Michigan State Spartan, Riley aspires to be like his father in role as a caretaker for his new wife, Amanda and future family. He currently serves as a Co-Owner of Mitten Group Property Management and focuses on structuring, organizing, and ensuring profitability, with sustainable systems in place to reach these goals. Off the Field

new beginnings

Riley and his new wife, Amanda, a fellow Michigan State Spartan, married in April 2024. Growing into their marriage and starting a family are their future priorities, focusing on deepening their relationship. The wedding week was incredible, with family and friends coming down to Tampa for two days, creating an amazing experience with a huge welcome party. The couple is gearing up for an upcoming six-day trip to the Florida Keys where they can enjoy their time together. Inspired by his time at PAC, he now wants to start a football camp in his hometown for middle and high school kids. This exciting chapter marks the beginning of their journey together, looking forward to growing as a family while giving back to the community.

entrepreneurship

Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Riley strategically expands across diverse sectors of real estate and business. During a 2019 injury hiatus from football, he began investing in real estate, starting with investments in Traverse City, MI, later working as a realtor in Denver before returning to Michigan in late 2020 to focus on real estate development. Now based in Tampa, he holds licenses in both Michigan and Florida, overseeing a short-term rental management company, with 120 units along with an in-house cleaning service, laundromat, and maintenance team. His primary role involves managing the backend operations, and despite the labor intensiveness of the role, his meticulous organizational skills help all the moving parts run smoothly. Passionate about real estate development, Riley is excited about his construction of two apartment buildings—a 16-unit and a 20-unit—scheduled to break ground in the next few months. Riley believes that the beauty of real estate is its accessibility to anyone. Finding a mentor in the real estate world and learning on the fly gave him the experience he needed to feel confident in exploring different aspects of the real estate market.

Ready to Get started?

When Vince Biegel first called me about PAC, I thought it would be boring and unproductive. However, my five days at PAC turned out to be the most impactful since leaving football. The experience was not only fun, but the relationships, networking, and camaraderie with other players were invaluable. The high level of support and authenticity from the team is unmatched. Everyone genuinely wants to help you grow and remains available even after the event. I am excited to watch PAC expand and to be a part of this incredible journey moving forward.
