Real Estate Development
Real estate has been part of Ricardo’s life for nearly a decade, but after attending PAC, he made the decision to take it from a side investment to a major life focus. Early on, he dabbled in renting houses, but that no longer satisfies his hunger for building something bigger. Today, Ricardo is focused on development — acquiring land, building properties, and taking on projects that allow him to create long-term impact. He sees real estate not just as a way to generate income, but as a chance to recreate the feeling he once had on the field: purpose, passion, and pride in every win. His transition from passive investor to active developer is fueled by the relationships he built at PAC, where he connected with other former athletes already leading in the space. For Ricardo, real estate is a new arena where he can compete, grow, and leave a legacy that will last well beyond the game.
