Bridging athletic wellness and cannabis entrepreneurship
Since retiring from the NFL, Ra’Shede Hageman has been fully committed to building a new future through entrepreneurship. After attending PAC’s Next Chapter U event, he found the motivation to pour everything he had into two major ventures: real estate and the cannabis industry. He helped start a THC brand called Weed Girl, which sells legal THC gummies online with plans to expand into broader wellness and mental health-focused products. His passion stems from personal experience, having used THC during his playing career to help manage physical pain, anxiety, and recovery. Ra’Shede’s goal is to bridge the gap between cannabis and athletic wellness, creating products that support both mental and physical health.

Real Estate Ventures
Fueled by the education and support he received through PAC, Ra’Shede has been diligently working toward earning his real estate license, with plans to take his exam in December 2025. With a natural passion for real estate that dates back years, he is focused on building a career in the multi-family housing market. Real estate represents more than just a business opportunity for him—it’s a vehicle for creating stability, wealth, and generational change. His determination and focus on developing long-term investments reflect the same grit and discipline he carried onto the football field.
Resilience, Growth, and New Beginnings
Ra’Shede Hageman’s journey is a powerful story of resilience, growth, and relentless forward momentum. Born in Lansing, Michigan, and raised in Minnesota after being adopted at a young age, Ra’Shede channeled his energy into sports, becoming a standout in both football and basketball. His athletic career took him from winning a high school basketball state championship to playing on the NFL’s biggest stage — the Super Bowl. While the loss to the Patriots still fuels his competitive spirit, Ra’Shede looks back on his time in the league with pride and gratitude. Today, he’s thriving in Houston, where he’s building businesses, expanding his brand, and embracing a new chapter rooted in purpose. Between his entrepreneurial grind and cherished weekly traditions like bowling with his dad and friends, Ra’Shede is living proof that resilience, hard work, and vision can turn any chapter into a comeback story.
