The experience at PAC was phenomenal. It was so much information that it felt like information overload — in the best way. From the loving and caring staff to the coaches, the media team, and all the incredible events, it was almost breathtaking to get that much value in one place. I reconnected with players I hadn’t seen in years and met so many inspiring new people.

Off the field Success

The Tyson Center

Driven by his passion for supporting others beyond the business world, Michael founded The Tyson Center, an organization dedicated to promoting mental health, personal development, and financial literacy. He co-founded The Owner School in Houston, a business college focused on consulting, educating, and elevating aspiring entrepreneurs. The Owner School provides hands-on boot camps and practical training designed to empower small business owners with real-world tools and strategies. Michael’s mission is to make business ownership accessible to anyone willing to put in the work, bridging education and opportunity through real-life experience. Hill's Tremendous Cleaning

Michael’s entrepreneurial drive also extends to his family. In 2020, during the height of the pandemic, he partnered with his mother to launch Hill’s Tremendous Cleaning, a commercial cleaning service based in Texas. Starting with a small team, the business has expanded to service commercial buildings across the state. Michael’s hands-on leadership and dedication to family values are deeply rooted in this venture, which stands as a testament to his belief in building generational success. Balancing entrepreneurship with family involvement, Michael continues to invest in businesses that support not only his growth but also the growth of those around him.

empowering the next generation

Despite moving beyond his professional playing career, Michael remains deeply connected to the game he loves. He serves as the Defensive Backs Coach for the Houston Mambas, a professional women’s tackle football team, and also coaches youth in Houston’s 7-on-7 football leagues, mentoring 5th and 6th graders. His vision includes creating his own 7-on-7 team and eventually opening a multi-purpose facility where young athletes can receive both physical training and mental health education. Through these efforts, Michael is determined to empower the next generation to become leaders on and off the field, leaving a legacy that extends far beyond sports.
