Karl is echoing the words in Romans 8:28, recognizing that all experiences in life work for good and owning the role of spiritual leader within his family. He, his wife, Xenia, and children Zola and Kenzo have become increasingly active in their church, volunteering, and participating in a 14-week program called Foundations to deepen their faith in Christ. The life groups and overall church community have blessed the family and solidified the couple’s roles as parents and partners. Learning what it means to truly live Christian values, Karl is eager to continue growing and sharing his faith.

Recently obtaining his real estate license, Karl is actively exploring brokerages and weighing the differences between commercial and residential real estate. His current focus is on single-family properties, but he is actively seeking multifamily and commercial investments to expand his portfolio. Driven by interest in the real estate market, Karl is committed to gaining more knowledge and purchasing properties in various familiar communities where he has personal connections. His aim is to leverage his new knowledge, connections, and BA degree in Business Entrepreneurship and Communications to contribute positively to the growth and development of these areas while building financial stability for his family.
philanthropy
In his quest to make a meaningful impact on both his local community and his native Haiti, Karl is looking to establish a foundation to give back and uplift others. In the meantime he has taken time to share his message with youth and parents with Youth Education Spiritual Sports (Y.E.S.S), encouraging his audience to remember that all talents are God given. Additionally, Karl takes time to connect with immigrants and refugee students through ARYSE, an organization committed to inclusivity and creating a sense of belonging among non native youth. Fluent in English, French, and Haitian Creole, he strives to foster hope and support for young people navigating transitions to new environments and cultures.
