Jamar’s family life off the field is better than ever. He rejoices in a harmonious life in Arizona with his wife, who’s nailing it as a marketing manager and UGC creator. His daughter also keeps her ducks in a row as she partakes in dance, equestrian, and tennis.
FIRST CHANCE U FOUNDATION
Established in 2020, Jamar Taylor’s First Chance U Foundation aims to give individuals their First Chance in their future endeavors. Beyond the skills on the field, they also teach vital off the field skills. Considering it PAC on a smaller scale, they work with players to teach financial literacy, discuss anxiety and mental health, and the benefits/pitfalls of NIL. First Chance U also gets parents involved to be sure everyone understands what they are up against and how to make the most of the opportunities presented to them. Jamar aims to empower players and their families to reach their full potential.
Real Estate
Jamar spearheads ventures from luxury home development to investment opportunities. Partnering with top builders and brokers, he ensures high-quality properties and community-driven investments, reshaping the industry landscape. He’s also starting a real estate development fund and is aiming to partner with any fellow PAC members to get started. Like PAC co-founder Kaleb Thornhill says, Jamar aims to “pray with his feet” and keep building and growing through hard work.
Game to Gain
Life beyond sports isn’t the same — Jamar’s new “Game to Gain” podcast arms athletes with exclusive insights through candid conversations. He brings fellow athletes onto the podcast to discuss the transition, education, and the heartaches and wins in the real estate world. PAC showed Jamar that the transition is hard for everyone so he wants to show off what fellow former pros are dominating in now right now. Recently, Jamar has joined a new brokerage, America One, where he leads the sports and entertainment division alongside former NHL goalie Eddie Lack. Based out of Arizona, the team aims to tailor solutions to meet athletes’ and entertainers’ needs, he focuses on exceptional service and ground-breaking strategies. With America One, Jamar aims to create an open space for athletes or celebrities to connect with the appropriate realtors, title companies, or wholesalers.
