Family Man
Jake developed a love for football at a young age, inspired by his father’s journey as a player at Penn State. Watching his dad’s path fueled his own dream of competing at the highest level of college football, a goal he pursued with relentless determination. Born and raised in Maryland before playing football at the University of Maryland, Jake remains closely connected to his roots. His family is still based there, where his mother lives, and he shares a strong bond with his two brothers. Now married, Jake and his wife have built a life together filled with adventure, growth, and new experiences. Whether spending time on the lake, traveling, or just being home with their dog Dash, Jake values the relationships that keep him grounded through the highs and lows of both football and business.
Real Estate and Business
Jake’s passion for real estate began when he bought his first home, realizing the long-term value of land and property ownership. That experience sparked his interest in investing, and he quickly started learning from experienced professionals in the space. Over the past two years, he has deepened his understanding of real estate, exploring everything from property development to long-term investments.
Recently, he successfully closed his first real estate project in Nashville, an experience that reinforced his excitement for the industry. While he continues to train and pursue his NFL career, Jake is focused on strategically growing his portfolio, learning the nuances of the market, and positioning himself for long-term success. His next goal is to explore opportunities in triple-net leases and multifamily complexes, ensuring he builds a strong foundation for his future beyond football.
Lifelong competitor
Jake’s football journey is a testament to resilience, determination, and an unshakable belief in himself. After a record-breaking high school career in Maryland, where he set the state’s single-season touchdown record and earned Gatorade Player of the Year honors, he battled through adversity in college, overcoming two ACL injuries that could have ended his career. Instead, he came back stronger, proving his worth with an elite Pro Day performance that put him on the NFL radar.
Drafted by the Los Angeles Rams in 2021, Jake wasted no time making an impact, winning a Super Bowl as a rookie in 2022. Since then, he has continued to carve out his place in the league, playing for multiple teams and adapting to every challenge thrown his way. No matter the obstacles, Jake keeps pushing forward, training, competing, and proving that his relentless drive sets him apart—on the field and beyond.
