Family is everything to Hayden Rucci. His biggest inspirations are his parents, both former college athletes who built the foundation of his work ethic and character. His father, who played eight years in the NFL, coached him from youth football through high school, teaching him the game and what it means to be disciplined. His mother played field hockey at Penn State and instilled the values that guide him to this day. But one of the greatest highlights of his journey was sharing the field with his younger brother at Wisconsin. The two played side by side for three years, even suiting up together in a bowl game—something Hayden considers one of his proudest accomplishments.

Now, as he navigates life in the NFL, he remains deeply connected to his family. Whether it’s giving back to them, learning from his father’s pro football experience, or making the most of every moment with his brother, Hayden knows that success means nothing if it isn’t shared with the people who helped him get here.

Real Estate & Business Growth

Hayden’s passion for real estate started long before he made it to the NFL. With a degree in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics, he’s always been drawn to the industry, fascinated by the strategy, decision-making, and long-term vision required to succeed. Now, while still grinding in the NFL, he’s taking the same mindset that got him to the league and applying it to real estate: learn, adapt, and outwork the competition. Growing up in Pennsylvania, he spent his time hunting in the woods, snowboarding in the winters, and fishing whenever he had the chance. Since moving to Florida, fishing has become his biggest passion. The ability to get on the water year-round has pushed him to explore new techniques, chase bigger catches, and fully embrace the South Florida lifestyle. Whether he’s deep-sea fishing, scouting new waters, or just enjoying the peace that comes with being outside, he finds a sense of balance and perspective in nature that fuels him in everything he does.
