Family
The oldest of three boys, Greg was born to Haitian immigrant parents who arrived in the U.S. with nothing but their faith and love. Greg believes in the power of words and a name. His mother had a strenuous pregnancy and gave birth to him, a 12-pound baby, with the doctor calling him “Moses,” stating “this man will lead men among you.” While not his legal name, it’s one his mother calls him and has subconsciously driven him to achieve great things, from earning a Division 1 scholarship to playing in the NFL. From a young age, Greg’s parents instilled in him the values of hard work, prayer, and caring for family. His family’s unwavering support has been pivotal in his success. Now, as he strives to be the ultimate provider and caretaker, he realizes that his journey is not just about him, but about uplifting his family and community. Inspired by his parents’ selfless giving and the blessings it brought to others, he understands this greater purpose and wants to do the same.
Real Estate
Greg officially started his real estate career in early April 2024 as a licensed agent in New Jersey with The Klipper Group, an affiliate of Corcoran Infinity Properties. Transitioning from the NFL to real estate has been a humbling experience, full of learning opportunities. Despite not having closed his own personal deal yet, Greg is actively working with a couple of clients and is optimistic about his progress. His passion for real estate was sparked during his time at Harvard Business School and The Herbert Business School at the University of Miami. Greg’s dedication and determination, developed during his NFL career, continue to drive him. Transitioning these skills to a new industry, he is confident in becoming the go-to real estate agent for people in the pro sports and entertainment industries, leveraging his insight and understanding of their unique needs to provide exceptional service.
Giving Back
Greg dedicates significant time to giving back to and mentoring youth in his community. Each Christmas, the local library he spent time in as a child is turned into a festive space for kids to play games, make gingerbread houses, and celebrate. Purchasing as many gifts as he can, Greg ensures every child, regardless of circumstances, receives a gift. His efforts stem from personal experience, his family faced challenges themself during the holidays, and he wants kids to experience the joy of unwrapping gifts. Although currently funded personally, Greg aspires to establish a sustainable nonprofit to expand these initiatives and make them more sustainable. Greg was honored in his hometown at the Elmont Cultural Society’s Juneteenth Celebration for his dedication to community service. He was touched as his entire family surprised him on stage, a moment reflecting the profound impact his life has had on those around him.
Hobbies
Coming off a solo trip to Sedona to unwind and collect his thoughts, Greg is looking to focus on stabilizing his new career before vacationing again. In the meantime he is keeping himself busy with his main hobbies – golf and dance. He enjoys golfing and is excited to try night golfing with glow-in-the-dark balls. A homebody who also enjoys reading and video games, Greg’s active side emerges in his dance lessons that he picked up while recovering from injury, focusing on salsa and bachata for their cardio benefits and footwork challenges. His favorite dance to watch is salsa, describing it as poetic, he is determined to learn the challenging moves. Inspired by his Haitian heritage, Greg enjoys the African, “islandy” Kompa sound and one of the most popular styles of dance, gouyad, which is a hip-based move.
