His unwavering passion for making a difference shines through his engagement with at-risk adolescents in detention centers and girls & boys clubs. Earl is all about the youth. He’s constantly concerned about what the next generation will hear him say.

Earl’s powerful vision also extends to public speaking events, where he gives stirring speeches. He motivates audiences as a well-known keynote speaker at occasions like his high school’s football state championship celebration. Additionally, Earl imparts knowledge at a wide variety of community events, inspiring listeners with his passion, knowledge, and expertise.
Women’s Sports
Earl has demonstrated an ironclad commitment to advancing women’s athletics through a variety of channels. Watching them play so hard has brought him the utmost fulfillment, whether coaching the Houston Mambas, an all-tackle women’s football team in the pro league, or setting up women’s flag football camps.
Family
Earl’s commitment to his loved ones shows his familial bonds. He’s a proud uncle and enjoys spending time with his sister’s three children. Earl is selflessly on board with helping his sister and putting his mother’s health first. Being an uncle is his lifelong love, which motivates him to be involved and present in his family’s life.
