Family Man
Fatherhood has significantly transformed Dominique, reshaping his life’s priorities and enhancing his grasp of accountability. Married to Meghan Alisse in February 2023, Dominique is a proud father to five children. His children include 11-year-old Dominique Earl, 9-year-olds Arii Earl and bonus daughter, Selena, 4-year-old Ruel Suhial-Earl, and 8-month-old Amaya Sky. Recognizing the importance of strong bonds within a family, Dominique welcomes open dialogue with his children in order to nurture trust and understanding. He encourages them to express their thoughts and feelings freely, fostering a supportive environment where each child feels valued and heard. He believes this open door policy will help his children be better equipped to navigate life’s challenges.

Easley foundation
The Easley Foundation, Dominique’s newly established 501(c)3 nonprofit, is awaiting final approval after obtaining its EIN number. Focused on mental health advocacy, his mission extends to providing crucial resources such as therapy, medical support, and guidance for athletes, families, and underserved communities. Through initiatives like roundtable discussions, he aims to foster open conversations about mental health, promoting vulnerability and healthier communication among athletes and their families. Dominique’s firsthand experience with opioid abuse after multiple surgeries and struggles with depression informs the Foundation’s mission to combat opioid misuse and destigmatize mental health, especially within the athlete and Black male communities. Dominique hopes to make a meaningful impact on these critical issues by leveraging his personal journey, advocacy efforts, and the resources of his newly established foundation.
Travel
Dominique is an avid traveler and is actively working towards completing his flying certification. Passionate about languages, he is currently seeking a Spanish tutor and plans to learn Creole, his mother’s native language, to connect more deeply with his Haitian heritage. Although he hasn’t visited Haiti yet due to safety concerns, it remains a goal for the future. Dominique has already explored three of the Seven Wonders of the World: Chichen Itza in Mexico, the Christ the Redeemer statue in Brazil, and the Colosseum in Rome. Later this year, he plans to visit the Great Wall of China, continuing his journey of cultural enrichment.
