Launched during his rookie year in the NFL, the Cole Strange Foundation is a deeply personal mission for Cole—centered around helping injured veterans reclaim their lives. Inspired by his own experience with injury and the mental toll it can take, Cole began to explore the broader impact of trauma, particularly PTSD. What he discovered shocked him: many veterans were suffering in silence, with limited access to the physical and psychological care they needed. Determined to make a difference, he created a foundation focused on providing support for veterans recovering from combat-related injuries—especially those with prosthetics and PTSD. The foundation recently hit a breakthrough moment, and Cole is more committed than ever to growing its reach and impact. His belief? PTSD can be healed—and he’s all in on supporting that journey. For Cole, this isn’t charity—it’s purpose. Helping veterans is one of the biggest reasons he suits up every Sunday, and it’s at the center of everything he wants to build.

After conversations at PAC and lots of late-night research, he and his brother officially launched a real estate company just a few months ago. Fueled by curiosity and a desire for long-term wealth, Cole is especially drawn to triple net leases and multifamily properties, and has already invested in a few deals.
