faith and family
Faith is central to Bronson’s life, shaped by a two-year mission in New Zealand where he served and gained a broader perspective. At his church, he oversees the youth as the second counselor, supporting the bishop in guiding and mentoring young members and ministering to the needs of individuals and families. Married to Hilary for nearly 11 years, they reside in Provo, Utah, with their children Taika, Kaleia, and a newborn daughter. Hilary, a former BYU soccer player, shares Bronson’s commitment to family values. Raised in a football-centric household with his father playing for the Eagles and coaching at BYU, Bronson values the closeness of his family; all his siblings who were also college athletes and his parents, including his mom, Provo’s first female mayor, reside in close proximity.

Young athlete society
Bronson is currently dedicating his efforts to the Young Athlete Society, his dynamic and affordable online platform designed to help young athletes develop a strong mindset. Recognizing the importance of developing a positive mindset and its impact on his own life and performance, he offers comprehensive training on skills, health, and personal growth. The platform also includes special sections for parents and coaches to collaborate, enhancing support for the athletes’ development. By joining the Young Athlete Society, young athletes can improve their performance, foster a positive mindset, and achieve their goals, benefiting from Bronson’s passion for mentoring and guiding the next generation.
Real estate
As the Investor Relations and Marketing Specialist with Harrison Investment Group, a real estate private equity firm, Bronson works to build trust and transparency with investors, attract new capital, and promote the overall success of the firm. In his third year in the league, he met the group’s founder, who discussed investments with his teammates. Unlike others, this founder was willing to teach Bronson about investing, not just manage his deals. Their first deal together transformed Bronson’s perspective on investing, real estate, and tax strategies. Now, he works for the firm, focusing on multifamily properties and gas stations using tax-efficient strategies to help with capital gains, a role in which he loves.

Giving Back
Bronson is actively involved in multiple initiatives. He serves on the First Generation Student Board at Utah Valley University (UVU), helping cultivate networking skills for students at Utah’s largest university, where 30-40% are first-generation students. At BYU, he is part of the Built4Life (NIL program), training student-athletes on leveraging LinkedIn, engaging with donors and alumni, and building meaningful relationships to foster collective growth and long-term success beyond their athletic careers. . As a leader in the NFLPA Utah Chapter, he supports leadership development and opportunities for over 400 NFL alumni near SLC. To combat the fear athletes face when retiring, he advocates for groups like PAC and the Players Association. Additionally, Bronson is organizing his first annual golf outing, “Kaufusi Kids,” partnering with his siblings to support children, with proceeds likely benefiting the Birds for Sophia charity which helps children with rare diseases gain access to life-saving treatments and rehabilitation. Specifically, he hopes to help children from Ukraine who have a rare disease that can be treated for a reasonable cost receive treatment here in the United States. All of his work is focused on giving back to youth.
