Andrian “Andy” Jones II has attended three PAC Business Combines so far, even speaking on a panel at one. From his first combine to now, it’s been a whirlwind. Seeking to eventually start his own investment firm and continue to build his training academy, PAC has played a crucial role in boosting his confidence in the business world, making him more comfortable and assertive when discussing real estate and making business decisions. Passionate about helping others, Andy focuses on guiding clients to make informed investments, avoiding poor decisions, and building strong portfolios. Family

Andy Jones lives in South Florida with his wife Brianna and their three children: Serena, Andy III, and Elijah. He enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, fishing, and drumming. His wife shares in his entrepreneurial spirit, starting “Designs by Bri,” where she creates balloon decorations for events. As a dancer, she also teaches at their oldest daughter’s dance studio. The family loved their month-long trip to Brazil, visiting Brianna’s family in Espírito Santo, and traveling through the mountains and to beaches to São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. Most recently, Andy and Bri took their youngest son with them to the NYC PAC event, where they attended the Nasdaq stock market opening, which Andy described as “insane,” and sailed around the Statue of Liberty. Passionate about music, he plays drums for his church’s worship team and is devoted to being a better father and husband.

Real Estate

After joining Sands Investment Group, Andy Jones closed his first deal in early June 2024, a 22-unit property, and is now under contract for another 52 units with the same buyer. Over a year and four months in brokerage, Andy has embraced the learning curve, mastering the intricacies of the real estate game, gaining confidence in his new role, and discovering a passion for the industry. His motivation extends beyond personal success; he wants to help others, especially players, make informed investment decisions, protecting them from poor choices and aiding in portfolio growth. Recognizing that learning and understanding real estate at a high level is an important step in growing in his new profession, Andy is confident that PAC and his investment in personal growth have provided him a strong road map to continue his growth in the profession.
