Pediatric Charities
Passionate about giving back to youth charities, Alex has partnered with St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital and The Andrew Weishar Foundation. His involvement includes auctioning off custom designed cleats through the NFL initiative, “My Cause My Cleats,” showcasing his commitment to the two charitable organizations. Inspired by his cousins battle and survival of a brain tumor, Alex and his family have also participated in charitable runs to support St. Jude, ensuring that other children receive critical treatment and care at no cost to their families.While playing with the Bears, Alex became involved with The Andrew Weishar Foundation, inspired by a personal connection when a Notre Dame teammate lost his brother, Andrew, at 21 to cancer. Events like WeishFest honor Andrew’s wish to pay forward support received during his battle, offering financial assistance, hope, and joy to cancer patients and their families.
Life’s Adventures
Alex loves the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing in Tennessee, where he and his wife, Meghan, made their home in Nashville following their wedding. The couple met while he was playing for the Bears and were married in Chicago in June, 2024. Alex and Meghan have quite the outdoor rivalry. On a fishing trip in Aspen, the couple enjoyed deep sea fishing, a hobby he loves. He caught 23 fish, but she outdid him with 25—earning her supreme bragging rights that she never lets him forget. Recently, Alex ordered a set of golf clubs and is trying to hone his skills in the sport. Looking toward a potential trip to Italy with his wife, Alex is soaking in life’s newest adventures.

His role involves helping clients grow their investments while aligning with their long-term goals. His brother, Brad, and partner, Skye Mejia, founded Creative Investments and unlike larger groups that dictate investments, they have the autonomy to allocate funds where they see the greatest potential for high returns. This independence rooted in building personal relationships, honesty, and integrity allows them to tailor strategies and prioritize client interests, distinguishing them in the financial advisory landscape. He strives to ensure he is making the best possible investment choices for his clients by conducting thorough market analysis, staying informed on economic trends, and building a deep understanding of his clients to provide personalized services.
