Kings Key LLC
In 2017, Akeem took his first step into real estate by purchasing a townhome. As his passion progressed, he diligently expanded his portfolio, now boasting 25 units that include single-family homes, multi-family residences, and an 8-unit residential commercial property, all dedicated to long-term rentals. His preference for multi-family properties over single-family homes is evident. Akeem’s decision to obtain his real estate license in 2018 and manage his properties has further empowered his journey. By finding and closing deals independently, he avoids the 3% buyer’s agent fee, giving him a competitive edge in the market.

Adventure
In 2023, Akeem and his wife had the opportunity to travel extensively, starting with their first-ever European adventure taking them to France, Italy, and Switzerland. Among these destinations, Switzerland stood out as a favorite, with its breathtaking landscapes and notably, the best food of the trip. The couple spent their honeymoon in Mexico and traveled across the United States, including a memorable visit to New York. In 2024, he and his wife embarked on more travel adventures before the arrival of their daughter.
