What is PAC Accelerate?
PAC Accelerate is PAC’s flagship three-day summit bringing together professional athletes, executives, founders, and investors in one highly curated environment. The experience is designed to create real connection, opportunity, and momentum through programming, shared experiences, and intentional access.

PAC Accelerate is built for:

Is this a conference or a networking event?
No. PAC Accelerate is intentionally designed to be neither.
It’s a convergence. Programming, experiences, and conversations are structured to create depth, not noise, and to move relationships forward rather than just introduce people.
What kind of opportunities are available at PAC Accelerate?
PAC Accelerate also features a dedicated PAC Momentum Expo and Podcast Row, where athletes, executives, and founders have the opportunity to share their stories, highlight their work, and build visibility through live and recorded media conversations. Together, these environments are designed to turn presence into opportunity in a structured, intentional way.
What is included with my ticket?
Your ticket includes:
- Access to programming, workshops, panels, and experiences
- A private suite at the Arizona Grand Resort
- Entry to the PAC Momentum Expo
- Participation in curated experiences like the Pros & CEOs Golf Invitational, Pickleball, and Trailblazers Hike
- All meals and on-site experiences during the event
- All attendees along with their signifiant others are also invited to all evening networking experiences.
Where does the event take place?
PAC Accelerate takes place at the Arizona Grand Resort & Spa in Phoenix, Arizona. All programming, lodging, and experiences are hosted on property to maximize connection and continuity throughout the week.
Will there be job opportunities for athletes?
Yes. Many companies attend PAC Accelerate with the intent to hire, explore advisory relationships, and identify athlete partners. The PAC Expo and curated introductions are designed to support these outcomes.
Is this event invite-only?
PAC Accelerate is a curated experience. While tickets are available for purchase, all attendees are reviewed to ensure alignment with the community and the integrity of the room.
Do I need to be a PAC member to attend?
It depends. Professional athletes must be verified PAC members to attend PAC Accelerate. Executives, founders, and investors do not need to be PAC members and can attend without becoming one. PAC Accelerate brings both groups together intentionally while preserving the structure and integrity of the PAC community.
How do I purchase tickets or request more information?
You can secure your ticket directly through this site. If you have questions or want to explore group attendance, partnerships, or sponsorship opportunities, use the “Request Information” button and a member of the PAC team will follow up.
Is PAC Accelerate a family-friendly event?
Yes. PAC Accelerate is a family-friendly environment, and many athletes and business leaders choose to bring their families so they can enjoy the amenities at the Arizona Grand Resort. While core programming is designed for attendees, the resort offers plenty of experiences for families throughout the week. Additional rooms are available to purchase if needed.
Can I extend my stay at the resort?
Yes. Attendees have access to a significantly discounted room rate to extend their stay before or after the event, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Details and booking instructions will be shared after registration.
What are the resort amenities?
Arizona Grand Resort & Spa amenities include (but are not limited to):
- Oasis Water Park: 7-acre water playground with slides, a giant wave pool, lazy river, splash zones for kids, and a hot tub
- Multiple Outdoor Pools: Several heated resort pools spread across the property.
- Spa & Wellness: Full-service spa offering massage, facials, body treatments and salon services.
- Golf: 18-hole championship golf course with scenic desert views.
- Fitness & Recreation: Large fitness center with equipment, classes, and indoor racquetball/basketball.
- Poolside Food & Drink: Casual dining and drinks available at the water park’s Oasis Bar & Grill.
- Close Outdoor Adventure: Situated right by South Mountain Preserve with 60+ miles of hiking and biking trails through desert terrain and scenic overlooks.
Is Transportation included?
No, transportation to and from the hotel is not included in your ticket. However, the Arizona Grand Resort & Spa is only a 9 minute drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport!
