Together, both independent entities exist so that no athlete has to navigate their next chapter alone because they couldn't afford to be in the room.

Financial Hardship
Research on retired athletes has found bankruptcy rates far above the national average within just over a decade of retirement. Financial literacy during one’s playing career is not the only answer. Ongoing support, resources and access to opportunities are what a large number of athletes need following their playing careers
Built for decades, not one-off moments
The transition out of competition is often sudden, public, and identity-altering. Yet the infrastructure built around it (agents, leagues, unions) is largely designed for the years an athlete is playing, not the decades after. PAC is the locker room for the future. A trusted community focused on providing resources, support and access for life beyond support.

Expand access for athletes who can't otherwise afford membership
A scholarship and access fund covering PAC membership costs for athletes without a team or league sponsor, prioritized by need. Learn more about PAC Signature Membership here.

Provide scholarships for athletes in need of transition support
A scholarship fund covering tuition for PAC's Next Chapter U Transition Certificate Program, in partnership with the University of Miami Business School, for athletes without a team or league sponsor, prioritized by need.
