Our Story

How it Started

PAC is built on over a decade of incubation, listening, and trust-building fueled by intense passion for the well-being of athletes.

PAC Co-Founder Kaleb Thornhill grew up immersed in sports. He poured himself into developing and empowering thousands of NFL players and collegiate and high school athletes. Prior to co-founding PAC, Kaleb incubated and evolved the concept for over a decade - including creating the first-of-its-kind “Business Combine” for current and former Miami Dolphins players.

A lifelong Miami Dolphins fan, PAC Co-Founder Chip Paucek and his family attend nearly every home game.  During warmups, starting offensive lineman and future PAC member, Jermon Bushrod, introduced himself during warmups.  What started as a simple hello turned into a relationship between their families.  

Using the networking skills Jermon learned in the Dolphins Business Combine, he introduced Chip and Kaleb–a conversation that changed everything.

At the time, Chip was nearly 30 years into a successful career rooted in his passion for education.  When Chip and Kaleb met, it didn't take long for them to hit it off.  What Kaleb incubated within the NFL was a success and both agreed it needed to be accessible to pro athletes more broadly.  Within months, PAC was born. 

Today, PAC’s team, partner network and membership are growing —all rooted in guiding principles and a shared passion for the wellbeing of professional athletes on and off the field.
