PAC’s Locker Room program blends the camaraderie, accountability, and energy of a team environment with structured, cohort-based coaching. Guided by PAC Leadership Coaches, members meet monthly in sessions that emphasize Excellence, Accountability, and Connection, while reconnecting with core values, clarifying their vision, and setting meaningful goals. It’s a space to grow alongside high-performing peers, navigate transitions, make confident decisions, and build lasting relationships that support a life and career rooted in purpose.

Leadership coaching at PAC is a personalized, high-impact development experience designed to empower our members to lead their lives with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Through one-on-one coaching, individuals gain personalized support to strengthen self-awareness, enhance decision-making, navigate transitions, and unlock their full leadership potential. Each PAC member gets three complimentary sessions in their first 90 days.
