What it is

The PAC Locker Room is a small, curated cohort of members meeting monthly for a full year — guided by a certified PAC Leadership Coach. It isn't a webinar. It isn't a just a group chat. It's a tight circle of people matched around aligned goals, meeting with intention and building the kind of trust that only comes with consistency.

Every session runs 60 to 90 minutes and goes deep on the things that actually matter: identity, mindset, leadership, relationships, habits, and purpose. You leave every session with clarity, accountability, a strong sense of connection, and a group that knows exactly where you're headed.

Any time I asked our members what they missed most about being in sport, 99% of them said 'I miss the locker room.' What they missed was the camaraderie, the banter, the connection, the support of people who get it. So we built the locker room of the future — a place to be seen, challenged, and supported by people who've walked the same road. When you join, you're not doing the inside work alone.

The Rooms

Locker Rooms are organized around shared goals and life stages. Pick the cohort that meets you where you are — and if a new room is needed, fresh cohorts open every quarter.

The Fatherhood Locker Room

Led by Jake McKenzie

A space for fathers to explore the intersection of parenting, leadership, identity, and well-being. This cohort supports men in leading with compassion, clarity, and presence — at home and in every arena of life. Participants engage in dialogue and practices around emotional availability, modeling resilience, building secure relationships, and balancing performance with connection. It's a community where fathers can learn from one another, expand their leadership capacity, and strengthen the legacy they're building for the next generation.

The Inner Leader Locker Room

Led by Robbie Tubajon, Jelani Jenkins, and Vanessa Bryant.

The foundational inside work of personal leadership. This cohort helps members clarify who they are, how they operate, and what they need in order to thrive. Through reflective exercises, wellness integration, and actionable habits, participants strengthen emotional intelligence, self-regulation, and decision-making. This is the space to build the inner stability, confidence, and alignment that fuels every other dimension of leadership.

The Legacy Leadership Locker Room

Led by Jay Ross

An advanced cohort for members already leading people, teams, or organizations and ready to expand their influence with clarity, emotional intelligence, and purpose. Through high-level leadership labs, peer advisory circles, and scenario-based simulations drawn from real organizational challenges, members identify the patterns that shape their leadership and design a Legacy Blueprint that aligns values, culture, and long-term organizational impact. A space for leaders ready not just to succeed — but to shape culture, steward people well, and lead with a legacy that lasts.

The W Locker Room

Led by Vanessa L. Bryant.

A dedicated learning and belonging space for women in PAC. This cohort elevates the voices, strengths, and lived experiences of female athletes and leaders, offering a supportive environment to deepen self-awareness, build confidence, and practice leadership in ways that feel authentic and sustainable. Through experiential learning, storytelling, and community, members strengthen their personal leadership identity and expand their ability to thrive inside and outside of sport.

The Signature Difference

For Signature members, the cadence changes the relationship entirely. Every month, two things happen: your Locker Room session brings your cohort together for real conversation, shared accountability, and your leadership coaching goes where the work is specifically for you — it takes everything a level deeper, privately, with your leadership coach who knows your full game plan.

What surfaces in the group doesn't stay surface level. It gets explored privately, worked through personally, and applied to the life you're building beyond sport. The group gives you the mirror. The coaching gives you the roadmap.
