The Belief Behind it
PAC Leadership Coaching is built around one belief: the whole person deserves the same investment the athlete always received. Before anyone can lead a business, a family, or a community, they have to lead themselves well. That's where this work begins.
Every session is grounded in PAC's Code of Leadership philosophy — Self-Leadership, Team Leadership, and Legacy Leadership. Your coach tracks your progress across every dimension of your life: identity, relationships, purpose, legacy. Not just your professional goals.
The Code of Leadership
Self-Leadership
The foundation everything else is built on. Knowing who you are beyond the game, owning the values that drive your decisions, and leading yourself well before leading anything else.
Team Leadership
Showing up in every room you're in with clarity, presence, and the kind of leadership the people around you can feel. Whether you're leading a business, a family, or a community, the work begins here.
Legacy Leadership
Building something that outlasts the career. Decisions made today that compound into the impact, story, and legacy you want to leave behind.
What the Journey Looks Like
Every coaching journey starts with the same foundation. The first three sessions are dedicated deep-dive conversations with your coach — establishing where you are right now, what you're building toward, and what's standing in your way. Together, we'll develop your PAC Gameplan, grounded in the Code of Leadership and built around the whole person.
From there, the relationship continues on an ongoing cadence. For Signature members, you'll have monthly Leadership Coaching sessions. For Premium members, you'll be place in our exclusive Locker Room program, a small group cohort that meets monthly. Whatever the tier, the goal is always intentional growth through awareness, accountability, and action.
