PAC exists to turn what's next into what's now. Here's what that looks like.
At PAC, we put athletes in rooms most people never get access to. Founders. Investors. Mentors who have built and sold companies. Then we hand our members the microphone.
That's exactly what happened at a PAC event in 2020. Members brought real business ideas and pitched them live, in front of peers, operators, and investors who know how to pressure test a concept.
Trevor Davis stepped onto that stage with an idea for a better kind of energy.
Five NFL seasons. Green Bay, Oakland, Miami, Chicago, Washington. Trevor knew the cost of energy drinks and coffee better than most: the crashes, the jitters, the sugar.
His answer was gum. Natural green coffee bean caffeine. Vitamins B6 and B12. Zero sugar. Energy that fits in a pocket.
He called it Energize. The room saw what he saw.
He won.
Winning a pitch is a moment. What PAC is built for is everything after.
This is the PAC difference. A community of professional athletes from 50+ leagues, surrounded by executives, founders, and investors who want to see them win. An idea doesn't have to survive on its own here. It gets coached, challenged, connected, and pushed. And for Signature members, that now includes direct 1:1 access to a PAC Entrepreneur in Residence: a seasoned founder who has built and scaled businesses, offering real guidance, not theory.
"PAC gives you direction and mentors perfect for what you would like to do. It's the perfect combination for getting started in the right way and knowing that you're making the right decisions because you know someone who's done it. They've made the same mistakes and can help guide you through the same experience."
~ Trevor Davis, Founder and CEO, Energize, 5 years in the NFL
The Proof
Today, Energize is a real company. Two flavors shipping. A growing wholesale program. Customers replacing their morning coffee with a piece of gum. You can buy it right now at shopenergize.com.
Trevor is its Founder and CEO who remains closely connected to PAC, helping other athletes find the same kind of moment that launched his company.
One Pitch Became a Program
That competition worked so well, we built on it.
Today it lives on as PAC's Executive Education Entrepreneurship Program, developed in partnership with the University of Miami Herbert Business School. Over six weeks, members go from idea to investor-ready, building hands-on projects, developing pitch decks, and getting direct feedback from founders, mentors, and investors. It ends the same way Trevor's story began: with a pitch competition. The winner takes home a $10,000 investment prize.
The stage is virtual now. The opportunity is the same.
Trevor proved the model. The program is how the next member does it.
Your Idea Could be Next
Every PAC member has something they are building, or something they want to start.
Trevor brought an idea. PAC brought the room. Now there is a company.
