Executive Education Programs & career accelerators
Our curated six-week, live online education tracks from the University of Miami Herbert Business School Executive Education and the Pro Athlete Community (PAC) are designed to equip current and former professional athletes with the mindset, skills, and network to excel beyond sports. They blend Miami Herbert’s world-class business education with PAC’s proven expertise in life and career transitions. Each track is designed to help PAC Members explore new industries, build real-world skills, and take intentional steps toward life beyond pro sports. Led by a University of Miami professor or PAC Educator, Members gain experience, mentorship, and actionable insights in every session.
