Business Leadership Council

Experience. Networks. Guidance.

The PAC Business Leadership Council is a private, invitation-only group of entrepreneurs, executives, and investors who believe in what PAC was built on: when the world's best athletes and the world's best business minds share real proximity, something gets created that doesn't exist anywhere else.

WHO’S IN THE ROOM

Business Leadership Council members are successful founders, operators, and investors across technology, media, entertainment, real estate, philanthropy, education, sports, and finance. The group spans the full spectrum of business achievement — from early-career founders already building something extraordinary, to active Fortune 500 executives, to certified legends of the business world.

What they share isn't an industry. It's a mindset. Every member of the Council has walked a version of the same path PAC athletes walk every day — competing at the highest level, building something from nothing, and understanding that real growth happens in rooms built on trust, not transactions.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR PAC MEMBERS

The Business Leadership Council are personally invested in PAC and in the success of our members — in the room, in the conversation, in the follow-up. The BLC shows up throughout the PAC ecosystem — at events like Proximity and Accelerate, inside monthly deal flow forums, and through mentorship and direct introductions that turn into something bigger.

They lead conversations. They open doors. They mentor. They connect.

For our members, that means direct access to some of the sharpest operators and investors in the world — people already committed to what comes next for the athletes around them. This isn't superficial networking. It's real relationships between people who respect what the other has done to get there.

A COUNCIL BUILT FOR WHAT’S NEXT

Sport demands excellence. Business does too. The Business Leadership Council exists because athletes who've already mastered one shouldn't have to start from zero on the other — not with a room full of people who've done it and are ready to bring them in.

This is PAC's mission at its core: building the foundational platform where elite athletes and elite executives create something that changes trajectories.
