Every athlete who has ever walked off a field for the last time knows the silence that follows. The crowd that knew your name moves on. The platform that amplified everything you did goes quiet. And the story you spent a lifetime writing — the discipline, the setbacks, the comebacks, the things you learned that most people never get the chance to learn — suddenly has nowhere to go.The PAC Speakers Bureau exists to change that.
A platform, not a booking service.
Most athletes have a powerful story. Almost none have the infrastructure to turn that story into a stage, a message, and a paycheck. The professional speaking industry is a multibillion-dollar market, and breaking into it requires certification, positioning, professional assets, booking relationships, and someone actively selling you into the right rooms.
Very few people build all of that alone. So the bureau builds it for you. The PAC Speakers Bureau is a full-spectrum development, certification, and representation program available exclusively to PAC Signature members. It doesn’t just find you a gig and disappear. It develops you from the ground up, gets you certified and asset-ready, actively markets you to organizations across multiple sectors, and manages the entire booking process from first inquiry to final payment.
Vetted, Tested and Trained to deliver a powerful message
Every speaker is evaluated across six categories — story clarity, stage presence, emotional engagement, audience awareness, professionalism, and market positioning — and placed into a tier that reflects where they are and maps where they’re going. This isn’t a rubber stamp. It’s a real standard, and it’s the reason a PAC speaker is worth something to the organizations buying them. When a member steps onto a stage under the PAC banner, the audience knows that person was prepared, positioned, and ready.
From there, the bureau works on the member’s behalf — pitching corporations, universities, nonprofits, faith communities, and athletic organizations; building the speaker reel, the one-pager, the landing page, the press kit; handling proposals, contracts, travel, and logistics. The member focuses on the message. The bureau handles everything behind it.
The Man in their Corner
None of this works without the right voice leading it.
For PAC, that voice is Shon Hart.Shon is an author, motivational speaker, and the founder of the Elite Speaking Academy, where he has spent years turning people’s lived experiences into professional impact. His philosophy is simple and stubborn: everyone has a story worth telling, and the difference between a story and a career comes down to craft, structure, and strategy. He’s the one who sits down with each member for the discovery conversation, helps them find the through-line of their story, and signs off — personally — before they ever go to market.
His own life is the proof of concept. For nearly a decade, Shon has led InvolvedDad, the nonprofit he founded to restore the bond between fathers and their children. Through his Man2Man curriculum and his book Broken Boys Become Broken Men, he’s given fathers and young men real tools to break cycles of generational trauma and step into purposeful leadership. He has spoken from corporate stages to university halls to faith-based gatherings, and he knows exactly what it takes to move a room.
“They dominated their lane in sports,” Shon says. “Now it’s time to dominate the stage.
Real stories, real impact, real connections
The inaugural class already shows the range.
There’s Kotaro Umeda, a former pro soccer player and author who speaks on identity and mental health. Jennifer George, a Jamaican international, SEC legend and WNBA-drafted forward. Trey Flowers, a two-time Super Bowl champion. Matt Singletary, who carried a Hall of Fame football name into a second act of his own. Brandon Miller, a championship-winning goalkeeper and a tireless advocate for equity in his sport. Ty Montgomery, a Stanford All-American who spent eight seasons in the NFL as one of the league’s most versatile weapons. Kelyn Rowe, a 12-year MLS midfielder, U.S. international, and four-time team Humanitarian of the Year. Gary Forbes, who reached the NBA from Panama and competed at the highest level while managing type 1 diabetes. James Anderson, a Big 12 Player of the Year and first-round NBA pick. Tendai Mtwarira, “The Beast,” a rugby legend who overcame a citizenship controversy that nearly ended his international career to become a 2019 World Cup champion.
And that barely scratches the surface of the community of diverse speakers and stories the PAC Speakers Bureau delivers. PAC is adding new speakers to the bureau on a rolling basis, because the demand for authentic, prepared voices isn’t slowing down — and neither is the pipeline of athletes ready to meet it.
Different sports. Different paths. One thing in common: a message that someone, somewhere, needs to hear.
The message finds its people
PAC Speakers Bureau is comprised of some of the world’s most elite athletes, but their on-field accomplishments aren’t what move their audiences and help reshape perspectives in powerful ways.
It’s the executive team that needed to hear what resilience actually looks like under pressure. The students who needed to see someone who’d been counted out and kept going. The fathers in a church basement who needed permission to show up differently for their kids. Athletes have spent their whole lives being watched. The bureau gives them the platform to finally be heard — on purpose, with intention, in front of the people who need the message most.
A career on the field has an ending. A story doesn’t. The PAC Speakers Bureau is how that story keeps going — and keeps changing lives long after the final whistle.
