NEW YORK, NY (April XX, 2026) – Pro Athlete Community (PAC), the first-of-its-kind community built exclusively for pro athletes to navigate life beyond sports, a collective of more than 2,500 professional athletes, today announced the launch of PAC Speakers Bureau. The bureau is built exclusively for PAC Signature members, where they’ll receive personal coaching, active marketing, ongoing personal development, and access to professional speaking opportunities. The program is a pillar of PACfluence, the platform built to help members generate revenue through voice, NIL, media, and narrative.
PAC was built on the promise that the next chapter of an athlete’s life should be just as powerful as the first and that every member should have a real path to thrive long after the game ends. PAC Speakers Bureau is one of the clearest expressions of that promise. Most athletes have powerful stories, but lack the opportunity and infrastructure to monetize them. PAC is building that infrastructure platform and fostering those opportunities with the Speakers Bureau.
PAC Speakers Bureau will provide signature members with everything they need to succeed as professional speakers, meeting each individual where they are. The bureau certifies, develops, markets, and books PAC athletes as professional speakers nationwide. Whether they’re interested in speaking on corporate stages, at universities, conferences, faith-based events, or athletic events, they’ll have a team that works for them every step of the way. With personal coaching led by Shon Hart – founder of the Elite Speaking Academy – PAC will assist its Signature Members with a full asset build out, including speaker reel, landing page, and electronic press kit, before actively marketing members, and booking speaking opportunities for each individual.

Shon Hart is an author, motivational speaker, and expert in fatherhood and family development. As the founder of the Elite Speaking Academy, he has trained speakers to turn personal experiences into professional impact. His coaching methodology is built on the belief that everyone has a story worth telling and that the difference between a story and a career comes down to craft, structure, and strategy. That philosophy now anchors his work with Pro Athlete Community, where he leads personal coaching for Signature Members entering the PAC Speakers Bureau.
For almost a decade, Hart has also led InvolvedDad, the nonprofit he founded to restore the bond between fathers and their children and help reshape outcomes for the next generation. Through resources like his Man2Man curriculum and his book Broken Boys Become Broken Men, he has equipped fathers and young men with practical tools to break cycles of generational trauma and step into purposeful leadership. Hart speaks to audiences nationwide, from corporate stages to universities, conferences, and faith-based events, sharing the lived experiences that have made him a trusted voice on manhood, transformation, and human potential.
