The historic announcement sees all UFPA members receive entrance into PAC’s community of 1,600+ professional athletes; All of UFL’s Players Association will have PAC membership through the end of 2026, enabling them to network with their peers, investors, and mentors, to shape their life after football.
Pro Athlete Community (PAC), the first-of-its-kind community built exclusively for pro athletes to navigate life beyond sports, a collective of more than 1,600 professional athletes, today announced a groundbreaking new partnership with The United Football Players Association (UFPA). PAC and the UFPA will provide active UFPA members with access to PAC’s exclusive membership platform, programming, and community. All active UFPA members (approximately 400 players) will receive complimentary annual PAC membership access through 2026.
This partnership marks the first time an entire Players Association has partnered with PAC to deliver their services to all their members collectively. This announcement shows PAC and the UFPA’s joint-commitment to supporting and promoting UFL players’ professional development, financial literacy, leadership growth, and overall well-being beyond the game. PAC and the UPFA are aligned and committed to fostering and supporting UFL athletes to be the best versions of themselves. This partnership will have an immediate impact across the UFL, as all 400 active player members of the UFPA will be able to access PAC resources, including mentorship, networking, leadership training, and career development opportunities. Approximately 80 current UFPA athletes are already enrolled in PAC and will continue seamlessly under this partnership. This program with the UFPA is a testament to how PAC’s model can scale effectively through formal union partnerships across all professional sporting leagues and organizations.
“This is an incredibly exciting partnership for us at PAC,” said Pro Athlete Community Co-Founder & CEO Chip Paucek. “Working with the UFPA to provide PAC membership to their UFL athletes is a great step forward in our mission to help professional athletes set themselves up for the best possible future after their playing career has ended. This collaboration will be a real game-changer for UFPA members. We’re delighted to have found such great partners in the UFPA, and can’t wait to get to work with them.”
Kenneth Farrow, the Co-Founder and President of the UFPA, and Nick Temple, Co-Founder and Vice President of the UFPA, are focused on making an impact in the United Football League (UFL). After retiring from the NFL, Kenneth focused on executing his vision to provide athletes with pathways to better advocate for themselves and their families, and started the UFPA. The creation of the UFPA marks a monumental milestone in sports, providing UFL players an independent voice and solidifying their rights within the league. Farrow’s leadership has been instrumental in uniting athletes, ensuring they have representation in contract negotiations, career development, and post-playing opportunities.
“Getting a head start on your transition out of football is crucial, and I was fortunate to join what has now become a staple for athletes navigating life after sports,” said Farrow. “Last year, I became a member of the Pro Athlete community (PAC) and have been actively involved in growing the network ever since. It was not only an amazing experience, but more importantly, it has continued to be a valuable, supportive community that has helped me in countless ways.”
Farrow is a Pro Athlete Community member and has firsthand knowledge of how impactful and transformative PAC is in supporting athletes in achieving their dreams following their post-professional playing careers. Farrow attended PAC’s 2024 Next Chapter U event in Austin and took advantage of the 9-week Elite Public Speaking Career Accelerator. He also has continually engaged with PAC’s slate of virtual programming, including completing PAC’s Public Speaking Showcase, pursuing the PAC x U of Miami MBA and a leadership coaching certificate through PAC’s Leadership Coaching Career Accelerator in 2026. Farrow has also attended remote PAC events like PAC’s CEO Fireside Chat series with Drew Bledsoe, and the Beyond the Game player development series with Josh Marriner & Duke Preston, experiencing firsthand the opportunities that UFPA members will now benefit from.
The news of this partnership comes hot on the heels of recent exciting PAC announcements including the announcement of PAC Accelerate, PAC’s flagship event taking place in Arizona, March 30th-April 2nd 2026.
Since being created in 2022, PAC has assisted more than 1,600 current and former professional athletes with the next steps in their life following the conclusion of their elite competitive careers, whether that be further educational goals, business ventures, or giving back to the community. Athletes from across the sports world have participated in and committed to building their futures with PAC, including former NFL, NBA, WNBA, MLB, NHL, PGA, and MLS players, plus athletes who competed in Snowboarding, Skiing, Curling and MMA. PAC’s combined membership has an Instagram follower base of over 38 million.
