Why We Exist
Professional athletes face immense challenges, including financial instability, identity loss, and a lack of guidance during and after their careers. They often lack access to comprehensive support systems that address their unique needs. Existing solutions are fragmented and transactional, leaving athletes without the holistic resources necessary to build fulfilling futures beyond sports.
We exist to empower professional athletes to navigate life beyond sports with confidence and purpose. By addressing their unique challenges we provide a comprehensive network of education, mentorship, and resources to help them pursue a winning future. PAC is committed to supporting the whole person, ensuring athletes thrive both on and off the field.
During my playing career, I wasn’t one to speak out much outside of the locker room. PAC pushed me to step out of my comfort zone and put myself out there. I took on that challenge, and I’m proud of myself for it. I’m leaving the PAC combine with a new outlook. The sense of fellowship they created is something I’ve really missed since my playing days.

Next Chapter U
Next Chapter U (NCU) is a transformative program designed exclusively for former professional athletes who are ready to invest in themselves, explore what’s next, and build a meaningful network for the future. The program begins with a week long in-person career transition and empowerment experience, followed by a 9-week virtual pathway program offering deep dives into areas like real estate, entrepreneurship, business essentials, and performance coaching.
Through immersive experiences, site visits, and interactive workshops with world-class industry leaders, NCU equips participants with the skills, connections, and clarity needed to navigate life beyond sports.
Pro Athlete Business Combine
The Pro Athlete Business Combine (PABC) is a dynamic program exclusively for current professional athletes who are ready to elevate their off-the-field interests and prepare for life beyond sports. This intensive 4-day business accelerator offers curated education, immersive experiences, and access to a powerful community of fellow athletes, industry leaders, and mentors. Participants dive deep into business strategies through site visits, networking events, and hands-on workshops, all designed to build essential skills and connections.
PABC is the ultimate platform for athletes ready to dominate off the field and build a foundation for future success.
Next Play
The Next Play Business Combine is an exclusive program for PAC members who are ready to take a deeper dive into their next chapter. Unlike broader programs, these combines focus on a single sector, offering tailored, immersive experiences that allow participants to gain advanced knowledge and practical expertise in a specific area of interest. With a focus on skill-building workshops, engaging interactions with industry leaders, and exclusive networking opportunities, participants leave with a clear understanding of their chosen sector and the tools to excel. At the end of the program, members earn a Next Play Certificate from the University of Miami, further solidifying their professional growth.

My experience with PAC has been incredible. There is a tremendous need for helping players transition out of the league, especially in learning about money and business. Players are wired to go, but without direction and support, the process can be frustrating. PAC is doing an outstanding job addressing this.
